Los Angeles Kings 2015-16 Regular Season:
Game 75 vs. Edmonton, March 26, 2016, 7pm PST
After going 0-3-0 on their road trip, the Los Angeles Kings are back home as they hope to return to the win column when they face the Edmonton Oilers. This is the fifth and final meeting between the Pacific rivals this season.
Since they clinched a playoff spot last weekend, the Kings have lost three-straight games, outscored 11-5 in the process. But the Kings have beaten the Oilers in each of their four meetings this season and with Anze Kopitar netting points in six of his last seven games, are determined to pick up the series sweep.
The Oilers, though, are coming off a convincing 6-3 win in San Jose on Thursday and should be determined to salvage their season series with the Kings with a victory.
Against San Jose, Patrick Maroon, who has had his share of success against Los Angeles, had a three-point night. But the Kings will have to contain more than Maroon should they hope to return to the win column.
While the Oilers play out the stretch, the Kings are eyeing their first division title in 25 years — and a win on Saturday will do wonders for their confidence.
Enjoy the game!
